Herbal Remedies
Tincture & Glycerites
A tincture is an herbal extract made from various grain alcohols. It is a way to get a concentrated amount of certain properties within the herb and preserve it for many years, often times well over 10 years when stored properly. Tinctures make excellent natural remedies.
Glycerites are similar but the herbal properties are extracted in vegetable glycerin instead of alcohol. Glycerites function the same way as tinctures due, but are more suitable for children and those abstaining from alcohol. The shelf life is typically 2 years when stored properly.
Elixirs
Elixirs are sweet liquids that are used for self-healing purposes. Purus Herbal elixirs are often made with raw honey, strongly brewed herbal tea, and/or molasses. All ingredients are organic and sustainably sourced, bringing you remedies from nature.
Salves & Powders & Washes

We also craft tallow-based products from which we partner with small farm, organic grass-fed cattle and hand render the tallow to perfection ourselves.
