Ingredients: boneset, feverfew, catnip, milky oat tops, echinacea, and peppermint, and orange peel.

Not recommended for use in pregnancy. Feverfew may cause an allergic reaction in people who are sensitive to the Asteraceae (Ragweed) plant family. We recommend that you consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner before using herbal products, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or on any medications. 
 
Steep 2 teaspoons in 8 oz boiling water for 5-8 minutes.  Each serving may be used twice.
